The work behind the welcome
A new special education school or program needs an educational vision—and the infrastructure to bring it to life.
All Access Education helps leaders build the whole picture: a sustainable budget, thoughtfully designed facilities, a prepared team, meaningful curriculum, and a clear path for welcoming students.
With over 20 years in education and experience building multiple programs from the ground up, Michelle connects every stage of development. The work spans the student journey from first inquiry through graduation or vocational training, with parent support along the way.
Engage support for a specific challenge, the full journey from concept to an operating school or program, or ongoing consultation and staff development as your program grows.

A program built from the ground up
Fort Pierce, Florida
Pilot program launched August 2026
Morning Star is one of the programs Michelle has created from the ground up.
At St. Anastasia Catholic School, her work has connected strategic planning with implementation across program design, operational infrastructure, admissions, curriculum, staffing preparation, and parent support.
The pilot launched in August 2026 as the first phase of a broader program vision. It illustrates the comprehensive approach Michelle brings to school development: aligning the educational model, the people, the environment, and the systems needed to serve students well.
